The current session features a buffet-style themed luncheon, with the themes created by students each week. Since the themes are designed on a weekly basis, we are unable to provide details in advance, but rest assured, the meal will be both delicious and plentiful!

To request a Priority Seating Reservation at the student-run iCuE Café, located at the Institute for Culinary Education at College of the Canyons, please complete all required fields below.

We accept payments via Visa/MasterCard debit/credit cards and Apple Pay. Unfortunately, we cannot process cash, checks, or other credit card brands at this time.

Please note, we will return calls and email confirmations one week prior to your reservation date. For any questions or last-minute changes, please contact us at (661) 362-3621 or email (icue.restaurant@canyons.edu). If you need to cancel your reservation, kindly do so by following the cancellation link in your email confirmation as soon as possible.
